You probably get the gist of it from the one-page photos and pages, but what we're looking at here is a machined and plated 7075 aluminum gun frame with steel rail inserts. It is dimensionally compatible with Gen3 GLOCK components, but changes ergos and features.

For example, a Picatinny-spec current rail graces the dust cover, and a great rest (practically a "gas pedal") is crafted into each side. Rails, blocking block and pegs are included.

A limited number of frames are now available via the "Buy Now" link on the Alpha Foxtrot website. Keep in mind these are legally firearms so they must be sent to your FFL for transfer and will not be available in some states.
Next up is the MF409c, which is the first modular frame I can think of with good GLOCK compatible parts. The aluminum grip module (trigger guard, grip, beavertail) is a separate piece from the steel rail module (dust cover, lock block area, slide rails, top of lock area, etc.). The rail module is the "firearm" serial component.

Dasan is a Korean manufacturer and they are making Glock barrels well now they are making basses for the Glock. They're starting with the Glock 19 and making its bottom out of aluminum.

There are some interesting designs happening below. The magnetic grip is more like a 1911 magnetic grip which I found odd because they didn't just go with the factory Glock charger release to make it easier for the end user when building their bottom.
The dotting is a little bland. Traction is mediocre, and since it's aluminum they should match the micro pocket texture seen on SV Infinity racing pistols. This grip texture is extremely aggressive.
I am really enjoying the thumb rest shelf on the side of the gun. It provides much more real estate at your fingertips than the Agency Arms Accelerator Cut. The only way to beat this would be a genuine racing gun gas pedal.
On top of the aluminum frame, they are also doing a 2011 style frame. The frame will be steel with a polymer grip and trigger guard.

Why would you want a 2011 style frame? Well, that makes the Glock modular a bit like the Sig P320. As the steel frame is the registered firearm, the polymer grips can be purchased and shipped directly to your home. You can customize them. The potential for alternate grip lengths and angles is now possible on the same weapon.
Both frames are Gen3 Glock compatible. The aluminum frame will be 7075 forged aluminum and will retail at a starting price of $249 and then go up to $299. The 2011 style frame will be priced the same. Dasan expects to have them available in the second quarter.
I would like to see a Glock size 17/22 frame because I see this type of grip more useful for competition than EDC self-defense. I would also like to see enlarged mag pools and extended mag casts. Hopefully if these structures go up they will explore further developments.
